Refinish Process

The PPG refinish line provides us exceptional color match and comes with a lifetime warranty.

High industry standards require us to begin the refinish process with the application of corrosion protection to the replaced or repaired vehicle parts.

The vehicle’s surface is prepared for paint.

The paint code is retrieved from the vehicle and entered into the computer.  The painter sprays a test panel to ensure an exact color match before applying the paint to the vehicle.

Our painter refinishes the vehicle inside our heated paint booth where base coat and clear coats are applied.

Once the finish is completely dry, the detailer color sands and polishes the paint.

The technician can now assemble the vehicle.  

After assembly, the detail work can begin.
